A Message from Our Founder

"I still remember the first guitar I held — a beat-up acoustic my uncle left behind. The neck was warped, the frets buzzed, but when I pressed down on those strings, something clicked. I didn't just want to play guitar. I wanted to understand every part that made it sing. That curiosity set me on a journey that spans two decades."

My name is Ken, and I'm the founder and CEO of FretPrime Guitar. What started as a one-man luthier workshop in 2009 has grown into a team of 80+ skilled craftspeople producing over 10,000 necks and 8,000 bodies every month. But the mission has never changed: make professional-grade guitar parts accessible to builders and brands everywhere, with reliable factory support and uncompromising quality.

I've seen too many talented luthiers and promising guitar brands struggle because they couldn't find a manufacturing partner who understood their needs. Either the quality was inconsistent, the communication was poor, or the development process was too rigid for a growing brand. I founded FretPrime to solve all three problems.

Every neck that leaves our factory carries my personal commitment to quality. We don't just manufacture parts. We help build dreams — one guitar at a time.

Founded in Huizhou

Started as a 200m² workshop with 5 luthiers, handcrafting custom guitar necks for local guitar factories and export clients.

First Export Orders

Began exporting to the United States and Europe. Built relationships with boutique guitar brands seeking quality Asian manufacturing partners.

CNC Integration

Invested in multi-axis CNC machining centers. Expanded to 2,000m². Combined traditional luthier craftsmanship with precision automation.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. Implemented our rigorous 16-step QC protocol with a dedicated quality control laboratory.

Full OEM & ODM Launch

Launched comprehensive OEM and ODM services — custom logo engraving, custom finishes, custom packaging. One-stop manufacturing partner.
